i'm using this free time now just between after dinner and... gimme a min. i've gotta turn the tv off, sg idol is just so awful. alright i'm done. where was i? oh yes. between after dinner and later when i start studying/watch batman on cartoon network/watch portugal vs mexico on starhub's absolutely FREE preview channel! yahoo! let's celebrate! (for those of you who didn't understand my last sentence, i was using sarcasm. fyi.)
speaking of which, i was...reckless, or rather, idiotic enough to stay up till 5 am to watch the england-sweden game. granted, i had a 1 hour nap in the afternoon, but i should have known better than to stay up and watch a match which started at 3am in the morning. now you ask me, "how did you watch if you dont have cable?" because i don't. ha. i'm not telling you, and you can't make me. i guess i've been more affected by the world cup than i'd like to, seeing how i've put off studying for so long until now. heh. in some ways i blame the world cup for being in june. why couldnt it be in december? then i could watch it without the mortal fear of imminent block tests. or maybe i blame block tests for being just during the world cup period. why couldnt it have been end of term 2? then i wouldnt have to miss the 3rd/4th placing, as well as the final. because my tests last for 2 weeks, 1 more week than my friends in other colleges. grreaatt.
ok i fill my dinner settling in now. after shower, it's mugging time. time to turn on "nerd mode"
