i was spacing during chem lesson today. all that the teacher said, i seemed to have heard before; and yet, nothing was being registered in my mind. maybe it's because i havent started revising.
i have a theory why i'm lagging so much in my studies: when i do homework everyday, there's a certain momentum i'm carrying. but when suddenly i don't do hw for one day, i lose a bit of momentum, bcos i would have 1 extra day of hw to do the next day. then i would start not doing hw, and let the hw pile up. momentum is lost and inertia is gained. the more i don't do my hw, the greater the inertia for me to do, because the amount of work seems to be endless by the time i stop slacking and really start doing hw.
i guess that applies to my current situation. or maybe it's just the holidays, then i can't be bothered to touch my hw until like wk 4, or studying, despite knowing full well once sch reopens it's block tests.
i think i'm just finding a lot of excuses. in the final analysis, i have to be ready to take the tests when school reopens in 2 weeks, and i know i will. 2 weeks isnt a long time though; 2 weeks have just passed. alright, time to get cracking.
